Housing Choice Voucher Applications must be completed and submitted electronically through the Centralized Wait List online application portal, accessible at www.waitlistcentralri.com.

Effective July 1, 2025 the following HOTMA (Housing Opportunity through Modernization Act) provisions in HUD PIH notice 2024-38 are required and will be added to our polices. HOTMA introduces updates intended to simplify program rules, reduce administrative burden, and modernize how income, assets, and recertifications are handled across HUD-assisted housing programs:
