The Greenville Manor provides low-income public housing for tenants age 62 or older, and for younger disabled tenants under age 62.
Notice: The Public Housing waiting list is closed as of March 30, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. The Housing Authority will no longer accept new applications for the Public Housing Waiting List until further notice.

Effective July 1, 2025 the following HOTMA (Housing Opportunity through Modernization Act) provisions in HUD PIH notice 2024-38 are required and will be added to our polices.
