Gemini Housing Corporation, as Management Agent for Macintosh Estates, manages a Project Rental Assistance Contract (PRAC) 202 housing community. This program is funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and is designed to provided safe, affordable housing for very low-income seniors age 62 and older. Macintosh Estates is a 45-unit affordable housing development located on West Church Street in Greenville, RI and offers 1 bedroom units and ADA units. Through a PRAC, HUD helps subsidize the cost of rent so that eligible residents generally pay 30% of their adjusted monthly income toward rent, with the remaining portion covered by federal assistance. Utilities are not included.

Georgiaville Village Green is a 42-unit affordable housing development located on Whipple Avenue in Smithfield, RI and offers two and three bedroom units, as well as ADA units, with on-site laundry and community room facilities. Applicant’s total household income may not exceed the Tax Credit income guidelines as published by HUD.
